Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for No-Site Search. It is part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service. We aim to be straightforward and to align this policy with how the product actually works.

1. Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:

  • Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and you keep access to the credits and features for that period.
  • You will not be charged again after cancellation takes effect.
  • We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period.

2. Credits

Credits, including subscription credits and top-up credits, are consumed when you use the Service. For example, a search consumes one credit and generating an AI website consumes three credits. Because credits are consumed on use, they are generally non-refundable once spent. Unused credits remaining in your balance are not exchangeable for cash.

3. Automatic refunds for failed searches

If a search fails because of a technical error on our side and does not return results, the system automatically refunds the credit for that search back to your balance. If you believe a credit was charged for a search that failed and it was not automatically returned, contact us and we will investigate and correct it.

4. Free trial credits

New accounts may receive free trial credits. Trial credits have no cash value, are not refundable, and may expire. They are provided so you can evaluate the Service before purchasing.

5. How to request a refund

If you think you are entitled to a refund, email us at help@nositesearch.com with your account email and a description of the issue, including any relevant dates or transaction details. We review requests on a case-by-case basis and aim to respond within a few business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

6. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first so we can help resolve it quickly. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is investigated. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks that we believe are unwarranted by providing documentation of the transaction and your use of the Service.

7. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
